This policy explains how MC BUTTER handles information connected with our website, printable digital products, customer support, and order delivery.

Information we receive

When you purchase a product, we may receive your name, email address, order number, purchased product, payment status, and refund status from Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy processes payment details as the merchant of record; MC BUTTER does not store your complete card information.

How we use information

• Confirm and fulfill your order.
• Create a personalized PDF package containing your name, email address, and order number.
• Email your private download link and provide customer support.
• Prevent duplicate delivery, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, and fraud.
• Handle refunds and disable future download access after a full refund.

Storage and service providers

We use Lemon Squeezy for checkout, Google Cloud for order processing and protected records, Cloudflare R2 for private product storage, and Resend for delivery email. These providers process information only as needed to perform their services.

Download and security records

Download links are limited by time and use count. We store a privacy-protective hash rather than a full IP address in download logs. Generated customer ZIP files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; original product masters are stored separately.

Retention

Order and refund records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal obligations. Generated download packages use a shorter 30-day retention period.

Children's privacy

Our products are designed for adults to purchase and use with children. The website and checkout are directed to parents, guardians, and other adults. Children should not submit personal information to us.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
