Digital product purchases
Because MC BUTTER products are digital files delivered shortly after purchase, purchases are generally final once access has been provided. Please review the product description and included contents before ordering.
When we will help
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, did not receive access, or the supplied files are materially corrupted or different from the product description. We will first try to restore access, replace the affected files, or correct the order.
Refund review
If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we may approve a full or partial refund. Requests based only on a change of mind after files have been delivered are generally not eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request support
Use the website contact option and provide your order number, purchase email, product name, and a brief description of the problem. Never send complete card information.
After a full refund
Future download access for the refunded order will be disabled. Files already downloaded cannot be removed remotely and remain subject to the personal-use license and redistribution restrictions.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The refund may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
