These terms apply when you visit the MC BUTTER website or purchase, download, print, or use an MC BUTTER digital product.
Digital products
MC BUTTER products are downloadable digital files. No physical item will be shipped. Colors and print results may vary by device, printer, paper, and printer settings.
Personal household license
Your purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and print the files for personal use within one household. You may make reasonable replacement copies for that household.
Not permitted
- Do not resell, share, upload, sublicense, or redistribute the original or modified files.
- Do not remove, hide, or alter purchaser identification or copyright notices.
- Do not use the files in a classroom, daycare, paid program, business, or other organization without written permission or a separate license.
- Do not use MC BUTTER characters, artwork, or product content to create competing or resale products.
Purchaser identification
Delivered PDFs may include the purchaser's name, email address, and order number. This identification supports the personal license and helps discourage unauthorized distribution.
Checkout and delivery
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. After a successful order, a private delivery email is sent to the purchase email address. Download links may expire and may have a maximum number of uses.
Product use
MC BUTTER materials are educational and family activity resources, not medical, dental, behavioral, or professional advice. Adults are responsible for supervising children and deciding whether an activity is suitable.
Intellectual property
All MC BUTTER names, characters, artwork, layouts, text, and product files remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.
